Believe it or not just use some regular white tooth paste and an old tooth brush. Scrub it real good and wash it off. If you don't like your necklace smelling minty fresh then just wash with regular dish washing soap and rinse it off. The tarnish is natural, but the darker tarnish is probably oils and sweet from your skin. That should take care of it and I'm glad you are still enjoying your necklace.
